Jeromy Mallory

Jeromy Mallory is a proud Lubbock native, deeply rooted in the West Texas spirit of community and hard work. After graduating from Texas Tech University in 2000, where he shifted his focus from Veterinary Medicine to a passion for technology, Jeromy became the Head Systems and Network Administrator for NTS Communications. In 2001, he co-founded Blue Layer, a managed service provider dedicated to delivering secure and efficient IT solutions for businesses across Texas and beyond. Over the years, Jeromy has built a reputation for helping companies enhance productivity, strengthen cybersecurity, and achieve their goals through innovative technology strategies. His leadership has helped Blue Layer become a trusted partner for businesses of all sizes. Outside of work, Jeromy stays active through Jiu Jitsu and archery, activities that inspire focus and discipline. He and his wife Candice enjoy spending time with their two boys and are actively involved in their church community, giving back through their Sunday school program. Jeromy remains passionate about supporting his hometown, collaborating with local businesses, and helping the West Texas community thrive.
